Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

What you will need:


  1. Remove pork from package and pat dry with a clean paper towel

    Remove excess fat, but not all of the fat as it helps to keep the meat moist while cooking

    Once excess fat is removed, score the meat on all sides, this will allow the marinade to soak in and it cuts the cooking time down a bit

    Prepare the marinade by adding all other ingredients into a mixing bowl and combining well

    Place the prepared pork in the slow cooker and pour the marinade over the pork do not add any other liquid, the juices that come from the pork plus the marinade will be enough 

    Cook the pork on high for 6 hours or low for 10 hours or until the pork is fork tender

    Remove pork from slow cooker and shred pork with meat claws

    Taste the pork for flavor, adjust seasoning if needed, now your pork is ready to eat
