Black Bean and Veggie Wraps

Ingredients

  •   1 Can Black Beans rinsed and drained
  •   ½ Tsp Cumin
  •   ½ Tsp Chili Powder
  •   1/2 Tsp Hungarian Paprika
  •   ½ Tsp Garlic
  •   2 Tbs Vegetable Oil
  •   1 Bell Pepper sliced
  •   1 Onion Sliced
  •   1 Zucchini sliced
  •   Salt and pepper to taste
  •   ½ bunch cilantro, chopped
  •   1 package tortillas

Directions

Heat a skillet with vegetable oil  and sauté veggies until mostly cooked through, add spices, salt and pepper and sauté for few minutes more, remove from heat and add chopped cilantro to taste. Serve in tortilla style wraps.
