Chocolate Butterscotch Chip Cookies




In electric mixing bowl with paddle attachment cream butter and both sugars until light and fluffy, scraping down bowl and paddle occasionally.  Add eggs and vanilla until incorporated, scraping down bowl. Add flour, soda and salt and mix until incorporated.  Fold in both chips.

Scoop dough using a portion scooper onto parchment lined baking sheets.  Bake at 350° for 12 – 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Allow to cool 2 minutes on baking sheet and then transfer to wire rack to finish cooling.
