- 1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Raspberries
- 1/3 Can Frozen Pineapple Concentrate
- 1 1/2 Cups Ice Cubes
- 1/2 Cup Rum (optional)
- Mint Sprig for Garnish
Combine all ingredients except mint in a blender and blend until smooth, pour in chilled wine glasses and garnish with fresh raspberries and mint.
