Ingredients
- 1 tbsp EVOO
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 zucchini, sliced on bias
- 1/4 red bell pepper, thin slices
- TT Salt and pepper
Directions
Lightly oil a sauté pan and toss all veggie with minced garlic until sautéed through, do not overcook squash, add salt and pepper to taste.
