- 1 head broccoli florets
- 1 tsp minced ginger or 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds crushed
- Sesame oil
- Red Crushed Pepper (optional)
Blanch broccoli in hot water until bright green color has been achieved, shock in ice bath, remove, pat dry and set aside.
In a lightly oiled pan heat broccoli with garlic and toss to coat until broccoli is warmed through, remove from heat drizzle with sesame oil and toss with sesame seed, season with salt and pepper to taste. If desired add red pepper. Serve hot.
