Ingredients
- 1 bunch of Sugar Snap Peas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Garlic, Minced
- Toasted Slivered Almonds (optional)
Directions
Blanch Snap peas and shock in cold water, remove fiberus threading and sauté in olive oil with garlic, salt and pepper for 2 – 3 minutes, garnish with toasted almonds
