Sugar Snap Peas


  • 1 bunch of Sugar Snap Peas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Garlic, Minced
  • Toasted Slivered Almonds (optional)


Blanch Snap peas and shock in cold water, remove fiberus threading and sauté in olive oil with garlic, salt and pepper for 2 – 3 minutes, garnish with toasted almonds
