Radish Cole Slaw

Ingredients
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup shredded green cabbage
3 heaping tbsp. mayo (or sour cream)
1/4 cup red wine vinegar or substitute lemon juice (your taste preference)
1 bunch radishes, shredded
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. Mustard Seed
1 tsp. garlic powder
TT Salt and Pepper
Granulated sugar to taste
Chopped Parsley (Garnish)

Directions
Toss cabbage, carrots, and radishes, then add vinegar and mix well. Add seasonings,
seeds and mayo (or sour cream) mix well, taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Allow
to chill in fridge for at least twenty minutes before serving. Serve cold with fresh pepper
on top and chopped parsley if desired.
